Project Architecture.
N.O.D.E. is a community-driven marketplace platform. It lets neighbors list items for rent (tools, appliances), sell new or used goods, or offer local services, and lets other users browse, list, and manage their own listings through a personal dashboard. The platform is structured around four listing types, Rent, Buy New, Buy Used, and Services, with a public marketplace, individual listing pages, and account-based dashboards for both buyers and sellers.
The Challenge
Communities often have underused tools, items, and skills that neighbors could rent, buy, or hire locally, but there's typically no dedicated local platform to connect them, people default to broad marketplaces (Facebook groups, OLX) that aren't tailored to hyperlocal, trust-based exchange.
The Solution
N.O.D.E. gives a neighborhood a dedicated exchange platform with four clear listing types (rent, new, used, services), a lender/seller dashboard, and a "Merchant Hub" for account management, aiming to make local resource-sharing as easy as listing something in a few steps.
