1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or initiating a digital deployment with Tech Dastak, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our platform or contracting our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified under separate written agreements:

• Agency IP: All templates, core architectures, custom animations, design assets, and proprietary optimization algorithms rendered on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Tech Dastak.
• Client IP: Upon receipt of complete financial compensation for custom software projects, full intellectual property and source code ownership of client-specific assets transfer to the designated client.

3. Service Engagement & Milestones

Project deployments are executed according to pre-defined milestones managed through our interactive agency workflows:

• All estimates, timelines, and deliverables provided are conditional on clear, prompt client feedback.
• We utilize on-demand ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) cache-busting tools, allowing clients to review fresh state updates live from our staging servers.
• Scope modifications or additional iterations requested outside the signed project contract will incur incremental development fees.

4. User Conduct & Security Limits

Users agree to utilize the platform exclusively for lawful communication and project evaluation. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass security keys, administrative portal logins, or performing unauthorized queries via exported Server Actions.
• Flooding inquiry routes, contact endpoints, or review portals (any abuse is blocked by automated rate limiters).
• Reverse-engineering the WebGL/Canvas animations or proprietary layout libraries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Dastak provides all tools, layouts, and mock examples on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted database or application connectivity under external server outages. Under no circumstances shall Tech Dastak be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental business damages resulting from service interruptions or the use of our digital platforms.

6. Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on Tech Dastak's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tech Dastak does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to revise these terms or our codebase architecture at any time without prior public notice.
